Read this!WHAT IS TRAINING ADAM?
Training Adam is a spiritual non-profit with a peculiar vision: replanting humanity. Imagine humanity as a giant tree. We exist to tend that tree — its roots, its branches, its fruit. We believe humans are existentially and spiritually struggling in our postmodern, tech-infested, earth-separated world, and we are devoted to helping people dream, sketch, and try a different way of being human. Training Adam has six main branches. Three of them have their own dedicated initiatives below — here are the other three.
"And he looked up and said, 'I see people, but they look like trees, walking.'"

Shed Lite is a play on words — 'lite' for a small footprint, and 'light' for the light that shines. We take donated wooden sheds and convert them into a plethora of outdoor structures: greenhouses, man caves, she sheds, playhouses, outdoor rooms, meditation houses, camping cabins, and more. We also build shed-adjacent structures like benches that double as planters and vine trellises. We encourage the shed life — the simple, the small, the refurbished.
